You can request a copy of our terms and conditions for our care services at any point, by contacting our office team. These terms will also be sent to you when you first set-up care with us, and you will be asked to sign these prior to care commencing.

We recommend that you save your copy of the terms and conditions in a safe place. Please contact the Sirius office if you are unsure of anything or have any questions.
