Home care isn’t just for older adults. Many younger people live with health conditions, disabilities or injuries that make daily life more challenging and we’re here to help.
At Sirius Homecare, we provide non-medical home care and support for young adults across Hull, Beverley and the East Riding. Whether you need practical help at home, assistance to get out and about, or a friendly face to build confidence and independence, our professional care team is here to support you.
At Sirius, it’s your home, your life, your choice.

A flexible, person-centred approach
No two people are the same — that’s why we build a tailored care plan around your goals and interests.
You decide what support you’d like and when you’d like it. From a single weekly visit to daily support or overnight stays, our carers fit around your lifestyle - not the other way around.
We’ll focus on what matters most to you: maintaining independence, feeling included, and achieving your personal goals, whether that’s getting back into work, joining a club, or just having the right support to enjoy life at home.
Working together
We often work alongside:
-
Social workers and support coordinators
-
Occupational therapists and physiotherapists
-
Schools, colleges and day services
-
Family carers and advocates
Our aim is to keep communication open and consistent so that everyone involved in your care is working towards the same goals.
Signs you or your loved one might benefit from support
-
Struggling to manage personal care or daily routines independently
-
Feeling isolated or lacking confidence to go out alone
-
Needing help to build life skills or stay organised
-
Family members feeling stretched or in need of respite
-
Wanting more independence but with the right safety net in place
If any of these sound familiar, we’re here to help.
