Exploring care can be daunting but we're here to reassure you & simplify the process.
Some people know exactly what they need, others prefer guidance, and many want to explore all their options before deciding. Whatever stage you’re at, we keep things simple, personal and pressure-free, so you get the support that’s right for you.
The five simple stages
1. An initial chat
Start with a friendly conversation over the phone or via our online call-back form. We’ll listen, answer questions and help you explore the options. Afterwards, we can send you an information pack by email (or post if preferred) with everything you need to review at your own pace, including our Terms & Conditions and Price List.
2. Free care assessment
One of our Supervisors will visit you at your home (loved ones are also very welcome to attend) to understand your needs, goals and preferred way of living. We’ll also review any risks in the property so we can keep you safe.
There’s no obligation at any point. If you decide that our service isn’t quite right for you, or if you would prefer to wait a little longer before putting any support in place, that’s absolutely fine.

We discuss the help you’d like – from companionship and household tasks to personal care and medication prompts.

We consider mobility, nutrition, wellbeing and any specific conditions you live with.

We agree the level and frequency of support that suits you – from a few hours a week to several visits a day, right through to 24/7 care.
We’ll also happily point you towards other helpful services – from personal alarms to free home safety visits from the Fire Service.

3. Care planning
Together, we create a personalised care plan and set of tasks that reflect your choices, routines and the outcomes you want to achieve. You’ll always have a clear schedule and transparent pricing.

We send you our carefully chosen Sirius carers – people we’d trust to look after our own family.

Everything is captured in our electronic care system so it’s accurate and up to date, and you (or your loved ones) can review visit notes in real time for peace of mind.
4. Care begins
Your visits start at the agreed times. Our carers will focus on helping you live well at home – whether that’s preparing meals, supporting you with washing and dressing, getting out and about, or simply sharing a cup of tea and a chat.

5. Regular check-ins
Once your care begins, our office team will stay in touch to check you’re happy and everything’s working well. If your needs change, your care can change with you – quickly and without fuss.
