Our requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Willingness to drive in all weather conditions and at night.

We do not offer sponsorship, so you must have the right to work in the UK.
Your role as a Care Assistant
-
Personal care – helping clients with washing, dressing & toileting needs.
-
Meal preparation – basic cooking skills required.

Medication support – ensuring clients take the right medication at the right time.

Companionship – a friendly chat can make all the difference!

Domestic support – light housework, shopping & running errands.
Flexible hours that work for you!
We understand work-life balance is key. We have full & part time roles available. Choose the shifts that fit your lifestyle, but please note that in order to make it work for all of our staff, we spread the load fairly, in this way:

If you want to work days you must be available from 7am.

You must be available for some late evenings – until 10pm. The number of evenings required will depend on how many hours’ work per week you want (min. of 1 for part-time, and 2 for full-time.)

You must be available to work either alternate weekends or one day every weekend – whichever works best for you (the number of hours on a weekend will vary depending on how many hours’ work per week you want).
