What is the family portal?

The Family Portal is an online platform that allows family members, loved ones, and appointed advocates to view up-to-date information about the care we provide. It’s part of the electronic care management system we use to manage visits, care plans, medications and communications in real time.

You can access the portal securely from your smartphone, tablet, or computer -  giving you 24/7 insight into your loved one’s care (with appropriate consent).

If you're a Sirius Homecare client or the family member of someone receiving care from us, simply speak to our team and we’ll explain what we need in terms of authorisation and consent, and then help you set up your portal access. It’s quick, free, and easy to use.
