What our medication support includes

Our medication support is included in your standard hourly care rate, meaning our carers can prompt or administer medication during visits at no extra cost.

Depending on your needs, we offer two options:

1. Standard Medication Support (included in standard hourly rate)

You (or a nominated family member, friend, neighbour, or GP/pharmacy service) handle prescription ordering, collection and delivery. Our carers then provide prompt and assistance with taking your medication as part of your scheduled visits.

2. Sirius Managed Service (additional monthly charge)

If no other support is available, Sirius can fully manage your prescriptions. This includes:

Ordering, collecting, and delivering medications
Liaising with GPs and pharmacies
Handling ad hoc prescriptions
Safely disposing of surplus medication

This option ensures complete medication management, removing stress and reducing the risk of missed or incorrect doses.
